How to prepare for your remote session

1. Set an Intention
Take a few moments to reflect on what you’d like support with or what you’re ready to release. A clear intention helps orient the session and gives your system a place to focus.

2. Hydrate
Drink water before and after your session. Hydration supports your body as energy shifts and integrates.

3. Wear Comfortable Clothing
Choose loose, comfortable clothing so your body can fully relax and remain at ease throughout the session.

4. Create a Quiet Space
Set yourself up in a calm, uninterrupted environment where you can be present without distraction.

5. Stay Open and Present
Come into the session with a willingness to receive and observe, without forcing outcomes. Allow the experience to unfold in its own way.

Aftercare Tips for Your Session

1. Rest and Reflect
Give yourself time to rest and allow the session to settle. Integration continues naturally after the work is complete.

2. Stay Hydrated
Drink extra water over the next day or two. Hydration supports your body as it processes and integrates energetic shifts.

3. Journal or Take Notes
You may find it helpful to write down any thoughts, sensations, or insights that arise. This can bring clarity and help you track subtle changes over time.

4. Honor What Comes Up
Emotions or memories may surface. Allow yourself to feel what arises without judgment or the need to analyze it immediately.

5. Be Gentle with Yourself
Move through the next few days with care. Avoid overloading your schedule and give yourself space to adjust as needed.
